We are located Off Kisumu-Kakamega road at Gambogi Center. We are a Christian boutique hotel offering utmost privacy, but not at the cost of convenience or accessibility. We are about 15 minutes' drive from the city of Kisumu, about 20 minutes from the Kisumu International Airport, and about 25 minutes from the famous Kakamega forest. RESTAURANT
The Equator Resort Gambogi prides itself on providing indigenous but exotic dishes fused with oriental cuisine that bring forth the freshness and the richness of the Kenyan meals. Our equator special meal is a whole chicken soaked in the richness of the exotic herbs, charcoal dried, then fried in a rich peanut butter sauce served on a bed of indigenous vegetables and traditional ugali comprising the flavors of sorghum, millet, groundnuts, and maize.
